How can I order a product?

Ordering our Wisbroek products works as follows:

Step 1: Place product(s) in the shopping cart
Step 2: Log in or register yourself for easy ordering in the future
Step 3: Choose a delivery address
Step 4: Choose your preferred method of payment and confirm your order

Where can I find the status of my order?

The current status of your order can be followed directly in your account. You can log in at the top right of the screen. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have provided. Here you will find an overview of your order and a link to the order.

How can I change my order?

If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Mrs C. She can help you further.

When will my order be delivered?

We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order within a few working days. Although the delivery time may vary depending on traffic, we deliver (in The Netherlands) in any case within 5 working days. You will be notified if delivery is delayed, or if your order can only be delivered in part. Deliveries abroad should normally be expected within 10 working days.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Do you live in another country? Please contact us.

How is the price of a product displayed?

Our retail prices in the shop are stated both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes and printing errors. General terms and conditions apply. These general terms and conditions have been filed with the KvK under no. 9147906.

What are the shipping costs of my order?

We want to make it clear to you what the delivery costs are during the ordering process. That is why you will see a total overview of the costs per product in your shopping basket, with a specification of the delivery costs. The shopping basket can be found at the top right of the screen.

  • Shipping costs quoted include VAT.
  • Parcels are shipped with DPD.
  • For ‘Standard package’ orders with a value of <€49,- and where heavy products are ordered, only the shipping costs for heavy products apply.
