Wisbroek Sea Duck Floating
Wisbroek Sea Duck Floating is a complete (floating) daily food for sea ducks, terns, grebes and other sea and shore birds. During the unique extrusion process, the high diversity of raw materials is formed under high pressure into delicious crunchy pellets. Each pellet contains all the nutrients your fish-eating bird needs to stay in good condition. Apart from the pellets, no extra additions are needed in the feed.

This balanced recipe ensures an optimal protein/fat ratio for fish-eating birds. It also contains a high percentage of high-quality fishmeal. Our pellets also contain algae, as they form the basis of the food chain for seabirds and other fish-eating birds. Algae provide the necessary fatty acids and a healthy plumage. We have also added lecithin to the recipe. This helps the birds digest the high-quality fats better.
We have coated our pellets with fish oil. As a result, the birds find it an very tasty meal.
Nutritional advice
Water birds, waders and other shorebirds will never eat more than they need. This means that our Sea Duck Floating can be fed without restriction. The recipe is formulated in such a way that the birds always get enough nutrients. Especially in the colder winter period, it is very important for these birds to eat enough. On average, these birds need 25 grams of Wisbroek Sea Duck Floating per kilogram of body weight. In winter, this maintenance requirement is 1 to 1.5 times higher.
In spring and summer, the birds may eat a little less pellets. This is because there are more insects and other natural snacks available to them during this period.
We recommend offering the food dry. Due to the extrusion process, the pellets do keep their shape in water. Therefore, the pellets can also be given floating or soaked in water.
