About
Wisbroek
The Wisbroek Research & Development Center is one of the most modern and leading R&D Centers for exotic birds worldwide. Our collection includes various species of hornbills, toucans, cranes, ibises, storks and eagles. We house a total of approximately 1,000 exotic birds in more than 100 aviaries.
One of Wisbroek’s most important goals is the responsible reproduction of our birds. Through optimal breeding and thorough research, we strive to contribute to the conservation of endangered bird species in the wild.
In addition, Wisbroek conducts research together with nutritionists, zoos, universities and other experts to take captive nutrition to a higher level. Years of dedication have led to the development of various types of bird food.
