This balanced recipe contains a high fat content to give growing birds enough energy to grow big and strong. This is also important for small birds that naturally need a little more fat. This is due, among other things, to omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which provide 10% of the fat in the pellets. In addition, our Micro 22 contains a high percentage of fish and shrimp meal.
Our pellets contain raw materials such as alfalfa, krill, spirulina and corn gluten. These contain natural carotenoids, which are substances found in the body that birds would also eat in the wild. These ingredients ensure that the true natural colors of your birds come to the fore.
In addition to all these healthy nutrients, all the necessary vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients come from animal and plant protein sources of only the highest quality. These ingredients help to support your bird's immune system.
We have coated our pellets with fish oil. As a result, the birds find it a very tasty meal.
Nutritional advice
Wisbroek Micro 22 may be given to young birds without restriction. Waders need 20 to 50 grams of pellets per kg body weight per day. In the cold winter period, the birds will need more food than in spring and summer. In spring and summer, more natural snacks such as insects, algae, buds and grass seeds are available for your birds.
Due to the extrusion process, the pellets have a water stability of approximately 48 hours. This allows the pellets to be fed both dry and wet. To make the pellets softer and easier to eat, they can be soaked in water. Our advice is to use a ratio of pellets : water of 1 : 2.
